- The weeping
willow; every year
- Watches the
swallows fly
- On their way
south they go
- The willow
waves goodbye

- The
evergreen fir tree; every year
- Says goodbye
to the bird and the bee
- For during
the winter, the whole world sleeps
- And those
who don’t shall flee

- But still
Red Rose fears winter
- We all must
die one day
- And
in the winter months she’ll see
- Her petals
fade away.

- Do not be
afraid Red Rose
- For in the
summer you shall return
- To cover the
hills with your fiery bloom
